Application scope: Industrial coating, wood coating, anticorrosive coating, coil coating, ink.
 
Usage: In order to obtain sufficient defoaming effect, it is recommended to add it before grinding. If it is added later, it needs to be mixed under high enough shear force to ensure the defoaming effect. 
 
Recommended dosage: 

Inorganic pigment	Organic pigment	Bentonite
1%~5%	10%~50%	2%

In order to obtain sufficient effect, please test the most appropriate dosage before use, and please add it before grinding.
 
Features and advantages: 
1. It has a special wetting effect on bentonite precast slurry, and the coordinated activated precast slurry has good fluidity. 
2. It has good dispersion and anti-settling effect on fillers, and can be directly added like resin in the production process to improve production efficiency.
3. The surface tension between the pigment and the base material can be reduced, the wettability between the base material and the pigment can be improved, the grinding effect can be enhanced, and the dispersion time can be reduced.
 
Packing: 25KG/180kg blue barrel is not recycled. The product has not been completely used, and the cover must be tightly closed after use. 
 
Storage: Keep away from heat sources and light sources and avoid light.
