Description:

Dodecanediacetic acid is white powdery which is less soluble in water, but better soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol. After decomposing or polymerizing, it has no reaction at normal temperature and pressure. The product is difficult to burn. It has good thermal stability. The toxicity of dodecanediacetic acid is very low, but it is irritating to mucous membrane and skin.

These properties make dodecanediacetic acid have a wide range of industrial applications, Mainly used in engineering plastics, ploy-carboned nylon and its products. It is main content of nylon 1212, nylon 612, and nylon 1012, intermediate for aromatic, top-grade lubricant, lubricant antiseptic and painting material for luxurious sedan.
