Modified matte powder is a functional filler material specially used for matte powder coatings with excellent matting  properties. The product is a compound inorganic substance produced with advanced synthetic technology, strict control of  crystal form and particle size distribution.

Product Characteristics
·       MO-806 also has excellent matting and coating properties in the HAA Pramide and TGIC curing system.
·       It can improve the chargeability of the powder and the coating ratio.
·       Excellent chemical resistance, yellowing resistance and light and weather resistance.
·       Excluding heavy metals and EU REACH regulations 201 kinds of substances of high concern,very safe.
·       Excellent matting performance, the film gloss (60 °angle) can reach ＜25% indoors , and ＜35% outdoors. 
·       With excellent compatibility with resin, low oil absorption value and excellent dispersibility, it can increase the amount of filler added  in the formula to reduce the amount of resin added, no side affecting to the coating film.
