    Product description:

    PL528, PL588 and PL788 are acrylic acid copolymers synthesized by special process, which are widely used as flow control agents for powder coatings. They can be used for epoxy resin powder coatings, mixed polyester resin powder coatings and pure polyester powder coatings.

    Characteristics:

    ● Improve leveling performance and uniform coating performance.
    ● improve wettability of coating and workpiece surface.
    ● Reduce orange peel and pinhole phenomenon.
    ● Increase the adhesion and enhance the surface hardness of the layer.

    Application：
    Add it into a premixer, mix it with materials and then extrude it. 2. The dosage is 0.5-1.5% of the total powder. The best dosage and process are determined by the customer through separate experiments. 3. Suitable for: pure epoxy, E/P hybrid, P/TGIC, P/ hydroxyalkylamide, polyurethane acrylic and other systems. 
     
    Storage packaging：
    1. Keep it in a cool and dry place. After use, please keep it in a sealed condition, away from the fire source. This product has definite irritation to respiratory tract, so use dust mask and gloves when operating. Waiting for protective equipment. 
    2. Polyethylene lining, multilayer kraft paper bags, each bag with a net weight of 25KG. 
    3. It is valid for one year at room temperature, and can be used after passing the inspection after the expiration of the shelf life.
