Low temperature TGIC curing agent

TGIC-L curing agent is a low temperature curing agent, which is widely used in outdoor powder coating system. End users can save energy, reduce emissions, increase production and improve efficiency. The product has a unique semicircle shape and no dust.

l Curing conditions:
200℃, 3 ~ 5 minutes
180℃, 5 ~ 10 minutes
160℃, 10 ~ 15 minutes
150℃, 20 minutes
130℃, 30 minutes
l High Cross-Linking Density with excellent heat resistance and thermosetting performance
l Minimum UV and light absorption provide superb visibility
l Disperse Fine Powder with suspension stability for reactive latency
l Low chlorine contents, inhibit deterioration and electrolytic corrosion
 
Application
The acid value of polyester is 30~35, and the usage ratio is 93: 7.

25 Kgs PE bags, Standard export packing with pallet, 1 ton/ Pallet with 40 bags.
 
TGIC is a highly stable, enable one year storage under normal condition. The following precautions must be observed:
(1) Store in low humidity area，temperature 0℃-60℃
(2) Do not leave in high temperature locations once opened
