Today top five Tio2 factories released a Price rising notice, $100 for the Rutile type in the international market.

Two weeks ago one sale manager said he looked down on the Tio2 price, that's because the top1 still have a hundred thousand tons of stock, and no room to rise the price again, everyone withstands a tough time this year. For the #tgic business, lots of small TGIC curing agent factories choose to close forever, and even the giant player HH in China chose to laid-off workers twice to survive, no mention there is just one TGIC outside China giving up the TGIC business. While I am not so pessimistic about the trends next year.

My views are based on TGIC capacity cut lots, oil prices rising, and demand in China will rise after the election. The economy worldwide still needs to recover and develop. So demand will fall, but still, there are.

1. The oil price seems to bounce from the bottom recently as the below pic shows. If the oil price rise, most chemicals related to oil such as #ECH, epoxy resin, polymer resin, #HAA, #TGIC, #acrylicacid, and so on!

2. Even some main raw materials factories stopped parts of their production capacity, and supply was cut currently. And lots of small factories had been shut already!

3. With winter coming, more capacity will be affected soon by air protection law, so supply will drop too!"

When we talk about the future of Tio2, epoxy resin, and polymer resin, we can also analyze the supply chain too and come to the same conclusion.
